This is what you will be doing:

As a Commercial Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role supporting fee earners across a wide range of litigation matters including debt recovery and insolvency. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and maintaining litigation files from opening to archiving Preparing legal documents including court bundles, court forms, and correspondence Taking client instructions and updating case management systems Progressing low-value debt claims and assisting on more complex litigation matters Attending client meetings and supporting with client updates and case management
