THE ROLE

A key role has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Partner to head up this side of the business.

You will need to have had 5 years of experience managing a team at Partner level, good business acumen and c12 - 15 pqe predominantly in commercial litigation.

The role will encompass commercial litigation fee earning work and supervising one or two commercial litigation Solicitors and a similar number of support staff.

ABOUT YOU

You will have been practising in commercial or general litigation in a small to mid-sized law firm.

A following is desirable, but not essential if you can demonstrate good business development skills and the enthusiasm to bring in new work.

Able to demonstrate leadership potential and experience of supervision, you will have the ability to communicate in a clear and assertive manner to those who have a good understanding of the law, and proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
