This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate or Principal Associate who wants to work on complex, high value disputes within a team that is growing and highly respected across the UK. You will work closely with senior lawyers on major contentious matters and support a client base that includes large corporates, well known household brands and fast growth businesses. The Role You will work across a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including:

Complex contractual and commercial disputes High value High Court litigation Arbitration and alternative dispute resolution Cross border and multi jurisdictional cases Sector focused disputes in areas such as financial services, technology and real estate

You will take a leading role on files, manage client relationships, supervise junior colleagues and contribute to wider business development. About You You will ideally:

Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE in commercial litigation Have experience managing complex and high value disputes Be confident communicating directly with clients Be able to mentor junior lawyers and support their development Bring strong commercial awareness and a collaborative approach

Experience in technology related or cross border disputes would be helpful but is not essential.
