An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join one of Northern Ireland’s most established and award-winning law firms.

The Role


As part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution team, you will:


  • Manage a varied caseload of complex commercial litigation matters, including commercial disputes, contractual claims and professional negligence cases
  • Draft pleadings, witness statements and other court documentation
  • Conduct advocacy at hearings where appropriate
  • Advise clients on risk management, settlement strategies and ADR options
  • Liaise with counsel, experts and third-party providers
  • Ensure compliance with procedural rules and court deadlines
  • Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships


The Ideal Candidate


  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland
  • 4–5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation / dispute resolution
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil procedure and litigation strategy
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and work to tight deadlines
  • Commercially aware with a client-focused mindset
