About the RoleA leading global law firm with a pre-eminent reputation for its commercial litigation expertise and recognised as one of the world's leading arbitration practices globally, are seeking a 5+ PQE Associate to join their thriving disputes group.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile and challenging, international and national disputes across broad spectrum of commercial disputes and arbitration matters.You will service clients from a range of sectors, including TMT, financial services, energy, life sciences and real estate.ResponsibilitiesAdvising clients on a broad range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, intellectual property, insolvency, and product liability.Managing the litigation process from pre-action advice to trial and beyond.Liaising with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.Skills and ExperienceQualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE in commercial litigation.A strong understanding of commercial litigation practice.
