Responsibilities; You will manage a busy caseload of commercial litigation matters, specializing in disputes within the corporate, real estate, energy, tech, and financial services sectors. Play a key role in supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the team. Prioritize client needs, delivering exceptional service while ensuring a positive client experience. Collaborate with colleagues across to foster a collaborative working culture. Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and development. Engage in business development activities to support the growth of the team and the firm as a whole. What You Need To Succeed As the Commercial Litigation Solicitor on the Dispute Resolution & Litigation Team; You will be a qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland, England & Wales or ROI, with a minimum of 2 years PQE + handling commercial litigation cases. Demonstrable experience in managing disputes within the commercial sector. Proven track record of delivering excellent client service and maintaining strong client relationships. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to support and develop junior team members. Ambitious and motivated team player with a passion for making a difference.
