Your New Role


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join the firm’s busy and highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Belfast.


You will

  • manage a caseload of complex litigation matters including commercial disputes, contractual claims, and professional negligence cases.
  • Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other court documents.
  • Conduct advocacy at hearings where appropriate.
  • Advise clients on risk management, settlement strategies, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) options.
  • Liaise with counsel, experts, and third-party service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with procedural rules and deadlines.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.


What You Need To Succee


  • You will be a qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland with 2–5 years PQE in litigation/dispute resolution.
  • You will have strong technical knowledge of civil procedure and litigation strategy.
  • You will have excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • You will have the ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
  • You will have commercial awareness and be client-focused approach.
