Responsibilities

Handle a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters, including professional negligence and pension disputes Advise clients across various sectors, including large corporates, SMEs, and owner‑managed businesses Manage disputes from inception through to resolution, ensuring high standards of client service Assist in strategic case management Contribute to client relationships via meetings and events

Requirements

Strong litigation skills - although these don’t have to be within commercial litigation Some experience in commercial litigation is desirable but not essential Excellent client management and communication skills Motivated with a proactive attitude and a desire to develop professionally Ability to work effectively within a team and independently as needed
