The successful candidate will be a confident, commercially astute litigator who can act as a safe pair of hands while supporting the continued growth of the department.The caseload is broad and varied, covering all aspects of commercial litigation, including:Contractual disputes (including breach of contract and enforcement matters)Shareholder and partnership disputesDirector and boardroom disputesDebt recovery and enforcement actionBankruptcy and corporate insolvency mattersProfessional negligence claimsMisrepresentation and fraud-related disputesInjunctive relief applicationsContentious matters arising from supply chain, logistics and distribution arrangementsDisputes within regulated sectorsClients operate across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, hospitality, care homes, logistics, warehousing and distribution.
