As part of their planned expansion, they have created a new opening for a Commercial Manager. Its likely you will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying and have demonstrable experience working for a contractor on high end residential projects in London. They need someone who understands supply chains and value engineering. Someone who can lead from preconstruction/tender stage, putting together robust bids with subcontractors who mirror their exemplary standards, through to final accounts.
