Commercial Manager - Commercial Fit-Out\n Location: London\n Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 DOE\n\nA leading London fit-out contractor is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee the financial and contractual delivery of Cat A, Cat B, D&B and Cut & Carve commercial projects. You will manage cost control, procurement, valuations, variations and client reporting across fast-paced office fit-out schemes, working closely with Tier 1 main contractors.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\nProven experience as a Commercial Manager within a fit-out contractor\n\nStrong background across Cat A & Cat B office fit-out projects\n\nExperience delivering D&B and Cut & Carve refurbishments\n\nMust have worked directly with Tier 1 main contractors (no subcontractor-only backgrounds)\n\nStrong commercial acumen, contract knowledge and stakeholder management skills\n\nDegree qualified or equivalent (desirable)\n\nGet in touch with Libby on (phone number removed) or apply to the job advert
