Commercial Manager – Leading London Fit Out Contractor – £100k–£120k + Benefits\n\nLocation: London\nSalary: £100,000 – £120,000 + Package\nCompany: Fit Out & Refurbishment Contractor\nProject Types: Commercial Offices & Life Sciences – CAT A & B, Refurbishments, Cut & Carves\nReports to: Commercial Director\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nWe’re seeking a Commercial Manager to join a market-leading London fit out contractor, renowned for delivering high-profile commercial office and life sciences projects.\n\nIn this pivotal role, you’ll lead the commercial function across multiple projects, managing a team of Quantity Surveyors, and ensuring the successful commercial delivery of fit outs, refurbishments, and complex cut-and-carve schemes up to circa £20m.\n\nThis is a chance to step into a leadership role where your expertise will directly influence project success and support the continued growth of a respected contractor.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\n * \n\n Commercial leadership of multiple live projects across London\n\n * \n\n Manage and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors, driving best practice\n\n * \n\n Lead procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor negotiations\n\n * \n\n Oversee CVRs, cash flow, forecasting, and reporting to the Commercial Director\n\n * \n\n Implement robust cost control and risk management strategies\n\n * \n\n Lead change management and oversee final accounts\n\n * \n\n Work closely with project delivery and client teams to ensure successful outcomes\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * \n\n Proven track record as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS in fit out/refurbishment\n\n * \n\n Experience delivering commercial office or life sciences projects (CAT A & B, cut and carve, refurbishments)\n\n * \n\n Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor commercial teams\n\n * \n\n Excellent contract knowledge (JCT preferred) and financial acumen\n\n * \n\n Ability to influence and lead within a high-performing environment\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n £100,000 – £120,000 salary + package\n\n * \n\n Market-leading benefits and discretionary bonus\n\n * \n\n Career-defining opportunity to lead commercial delivery in a top-tier contractor\n\n * \n\n Exposure to landmark London projects in a thriving market sector\n\nApply to take your career to the next level
