Commercial Manager – New Regional Role\n\nLocation: Regional Office – Leicester (projects covering Buckinghamshire to Manchester)\n\nSector: Social Housing Refurbishment | Cladding & Facade Remediation | Retrofit/Decarbonisation\n\nSalary: Excellent Salary + Industry-Leading Package\n\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a newly established region of a highly respected main contractor.\n\nThis new region, headquartered in Leicester, will deliver projects across Buckinghamshire to Manchester, with a strong pipeline of secured work including:\n\n * Cladding and façade remediation\n\n * Social housing refurbishment\n\n * Retrofit and decarbonisation projects\n\nWith 4 live projects currently underway and 6 more secured to start before Christmas, this is a great time to join a growing team with real momentum.\n\nThe Role:\n\nReporting directly to the Regional Director, you will play a key leadership role in the commercial success of the region.\n\nYou will be responsible for:\n\n * Full P&L responsibility across all projects\n\n * Leading and developing a team of up to 6 Quantity Surveyors\n\n * Overseeing procurement, cost control, and contractual compliance\n\n * Supporting the strategic growth and structure of the commercial team\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Managing QS ready to step up\n\n * Background in main contracting with experience in social housing, remediation, or retrofit\n\n * Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial management skills\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * A senior leadership role within a brand-new region\n\n * Chance to shape and influence the commercial direction from the ground up\n\n * Attractive salary and industry-leading package\n\n * Long-term opportunity for growth and progression\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join an established contractor at the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
