Position: Commercial Manager

Location: North Greenwich, SE10, UK

About the Role:

As a Commercial Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial management of a wide range of projects. Your responsibilities will include identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, developing winning bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Additionally, you will contribute to the strategic expansion and improvement of company procedures, standards, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial management of projects, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.

• Prepare comprehensive bids, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Strategically enhance and maintain company procedures, standards, and policies.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial management experience in a construction company, preferably with knowledge of Passive Fire.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Effective time management and organizational abilities to meet deadlines.

• Good business acumen with a solid understanding of commercial operations.

Job Details:

• Office-based role in North Greenwich, SE10.

• Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm schedule.
