Commercial Manager - PFI - c£70k plus package

This role operates at the heart of the Northampton Schools PFI contract, supporting the long-term performance, compliance and commercial governance of 43 PFI schools.

As Commercial Manager, you will form part of the senior leadership team responsible for ensuring the Northampton PFI contract delivers strong, compliant and transparent commercial performance. The role provides expert commercial leadership across a complex and highly regulated PFI environment, ensuring contractual obligations are met, costs are controlled, and value-for-money is delivered for all stakeholders.

Working closely with the SPV, the Local Authority, school leadership teams, and the wider organisation, the Commercial Manager ensures that robust commercial governance, strong financial performance and reliable service delivery are maintained throughout the lifecycle of the PFI contract.
