RCS is growing rapidly and we’re looking for a commercially confident operator to lead cost control and margin protection across our specialist remediation projects. Working with leading public and private sector clients across the whole of the uk.

This is not a passive QS role.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Cost planning and commercial strategy

• Recovering and protecting margin

• Managing JCT contracts and change control

• Leading valuations and final accounts

• Supporting tenders and frameworks

We’re looking for someone with 7+ years’ experience, strong JCT expertise, and the confidence to challenge where needed.
