We’re working with a premium, trust-led services business supporting high net worth individuals, families and organisations in highly sensitive environments.


As part of a significant growth phase, they are seeking a senior commercial leader to drive business development, help scale the organisation, and play a key role in acquisition-led growth.


The opportunity

This business operates in a world where trust, discretion, judgement and reputation are critical. The leadership team is looking for someone who can bring commercial rigour, relationship-led growth capability, and strategic thinking to help build a larger, more resilient organisation.


You will work closely with senior operational leaders who own service delivery, allowing you to focus on commercial growth, partnerships and scaling the business.


Who this role is for

You are likely to be:

  • A senior commercial, business development or growth leader
  • Experienced in relationship-led sales rather than high-volume or aggressive selling
  • Comfortable operating in reputation-sensitive, trust-based environments
  • Experienced in scaling businesses, building teams and improving commercial structure
  • Exposed to M&A, acquisitions or buy-and-build strategies, either hands-on or at leadership level


The role

You will:

  • Lead senior-level commercial growth within a premium, trust-led services business
  • Build long-term relationships with HNWIs, family offices, corporates and strategic partners
  • Support the identification and assessment of acquisition opportunities
  • Work with ownership and leadership on post-acquisition growth and integration
  • Help scale the commercial function and build a stronger team around you
  • Represent the business with credibility, discretion and professionalism
