Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR who are aleading global engineering, construction, and services company. KBR support the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents. Serving their customers through diverse business units, KBR offer challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects. General Pre-Contract: Support the client in an advisory role; manage and/or support the EPC tender process from tender release through to bid evaluation and final award recommendation; manage timelines, bid submissions, stakeholder reviews and commercial clarifications. Post Contract: On behalf of the client, provide commercial expertise/hands-on contract administration and oversight of the successful EPC bidder including but not limited to: the development of master documents to support process and procedures; regulatory compliance, risk analysis, change administration, claims administration, early warnings, notices, records, correspondence and commercial close out...
