We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK infrastructure contractor delivering major electricity transmission and substation projects across the UK.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to support high-value transmission schemes based on a key site in Rotherham.

The Role
Lead commercial activities across a portfolio of transmission projects
Manage and mentor MQS/QS/AQS team members
Oversee subcontractor management and client relationships
Produce cost reports, forecasts, and financial analysis
Manage variations, claims, and risk
Drive profitability and commercial best practice

Requirements
Proven Commercial Manager experience within major infrastructure or energy projects
Strong subcontract package management experience (multi-million-pound values)
Good understanding of contract law and cost control
Strong negotiation and financial reporting skills
Full UK driving licence (travel required)
Transmission (OHL/Substation) experience desirable but not essential.
