Were looking for a motivated Commercial Manager to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and help define our commercial strategy.

What youll do: Finance & Forecasting: Own divisional finances, develop budgets, and model growth trajectories to inform pricing, cost improvement, and investment decisions.

Production Economics: Build detailed unit cost models, pricing structures, and cost improvement initiatives in collaboration with engineering teams.

Customer Development: Support business development, manage relationships, and prepare compelling proposals for technically complex products.

Strategy & Projects: Contribute to commercial strategy, product roadmaps, and investor materials.

Lead internal projects to enhance organisational performance and operational efficiency. xbpsjku

Who were looking for: 25 years experience in strategy, finance, operations, or consulting Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to turn complex data into actionable insights Full proficiency in cost modelling and financial management Confident engaging with engineers, customers, suppliers, and investors Adaptable, independent, and collaborative in a fast-paced environment Desirable: Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments Skilled in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and working with large datasets Experience developing commercial proposals for technically complex products This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in building a high-performance engineering business and influencing the next generation of propulsion technology.
