London A growing residential developer is seeking an experienced

Commercial Manager

to lead commercial strategy and delivery across a pipeline of major schemes. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident managing full project lifecycles, and enjoys leading high-performing teams. What you'll be doing Taking full commercial ownership of multiple residential schemes

from cradle to grave

- from early feasibility through to completion. Leading and mentoring a commercial team of up to

10 people , ensuring strong performance and clear processes. Driving pre-construction activity, including cost planning, procurement strategy, tendering, value engineering, and risk management. Overseeing all construction-phase commercial operations, including contract administration, change management, forecasting, and reporting. Collaborating with development, design, technical, and construction teams to ensure schemes are commercially robust and delivered within budget. Acting as a senior commercial voice in the business - shaping strategy, influencing decisions, and improving internal systems. What we're looking for Strong experience working on

residential projects

with a developer or main contractor. Proven track record managing commercial functions across entire project lifecycles. Confident leader able to manage teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent

construction, technical, and pre-construction knowledge . Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. What's on offer Up to
