Interim Commercial Manager – West Midlands
Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with an established main contractor to source an Interim Commercial Manager for a 3 – 6 month contract (possibly longer).
West Midlands with occasional travel to sites £400 - £450 per day outside IR35
***Due to the secure locations of work, this role requires security clearance – BPSS minimum
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Commercial Manager will take full commercial responsibility and ownership of small to medium sized construction projects typically valued up to £5m across their MoD contract portfolio.
Working closely and collaboratively with the Senior Management team and Stakeholders, the Commercial Manager will have direct line responsibility for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor and a Design Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the projects.
Projects will consist of construction, reinforced steel frames and M&E installations across secure sites
About you:
You will hold a Degree in Commercial Management / Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience).
* Have previously held a Senior QS or Commercial Manager position.
* Have experience with Construction, Reinforced Steel Frames, and M&E installations Contracts.
* Have managed small to medium sized Commercial Teams.
* Be proficient in the full Microsoft Office package.
