Are you a Newly Qualified Solicitor with a passion for commercial law, looking to kickstart your career with a highly respected firm in Buckinghamshire? We are working with a forward-thinking and well-regarded practice seeking an ambitious NQ to join their expanding commercial team

This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of high-quality commercial matters within a supportive and progressive environment

The Role

You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a diverse mix of commercial work, advising a wide-ranging client base from SMEs to larger corporates. The role will include exposure to:

• Commercial contracts and trading agreements
• Data protection and GDPR compliance
• IT and technology agreements
• Intellectual property matters, including licensing and protection

This position offers excellent training and development, with early responsibility and strong client interaction

The Ideal Candidate

• Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
• Experience or a strong seat in commercial, technology, or IP law
• Genuine interest in commercial contracts, data protection, IT and IP
• Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
