Commercial Operations Lead

Hybrid – London | Up to £90,000

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Lead to manage a high‑performing team and drive transformation across commercial operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a cross‑geography commercial operations team.
• Oversee deal governance, risk management, and workload planning.
• Improve and streamline commercial processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Support implementation of CLM systems, including AI‑enabled reporting.
• Track regulatory and procurement changes and support strategic decision‑making.
• Oversee major framework re‑tenders in partnership with bid and commercial teams.

What You Bring

• Strong experience in commercial governance and contract lifecycle management.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capability.
• Background in operational/process optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with public sector frameworks (desirable).
• Degree or equivalent experience; WCC certification beneficial but not essential.
