- Fresh Produce We're looking for a Commercial Operations Manager with fresh produce / packhouse experience to lead the end-to-end supply chain in a fast-moving environment.

You'll take ownership of demand planning, stock management, and logistics , ensuring the right product is packed, planned, and delivered to customers on time while minimising waste and cost.

This is a hands-on role working closely with commercial teams, packhouses, suppliers, and logistics partners to keep a short shelf-life supply chain running smoothly.
