Commercial Operations / Sales Support Manager The Commercial Operations Specialist helps keep everything running smoothly across sales, marketing, and account management. They work closely with both internal teams and external partners to make sure leads are followed up, opportunities move forward, and customers have a great experience throughout the process. This is a full-time rolewith hybrid working. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Account Management (20%) Overseeing projects and supporting the liaison between Marketing and its clients, responsible for managing, retaining, and growing existing client relationships. Specific focus on the following Engagement with dispatcher roles on client side Identifying areas of customer dissatisfaction and sharing to project/team leads Identifying upselling/cross-selling/renewals Organising QBR regular client touchpoints Coordinating any client entertainment activities Internal Sales Support (40%) Supporting Team Leadsin all aspects of the sales cycle relating to Internal Business and helping to maximise chances of turning opportunities into wins Opportunity Management Supporting Team leads to identify new business oppor...
