in the South-East is looking for an experienced
Paint Sprayer / Paintshop Operative
to join their busy workshop team in Ashford.
The Role
Youll be responsible for carrying out all aspects of the paint process on commercial vehicles to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, priming)
Mixing paints using paint mixing systems
Spray painting commercial vehicles and components
Finishing and polishing to a high-quality standard
Working to job timings and deadlines
About You
Previous experience as a
Vehicle Paint Sprayer
(essential)
Relevant
paint/prep qualification
Experience using
paint mixing systems
Background working in a
paintshop environment
Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
Experience working on
larger/commercial vehicles
Experience with
metallic paints
Additional Information
Must have
own tools
Overtime available including occasional Saturdays
