A well-established and reputable commercial vehicle dealership in the South-East is looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer / Paintshop Operative to join their busy workshop team in Ashford.

Youll be responsible for carrying out all aspects of the paint process on commercial vehicles to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, priming)

• Mixing paints using paint mixing systems

• Spray painting commercial vehicles and components

• Finishing and polishing to a high-quality standard

• Working to job timings and deadlines

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer (essential)

• Relevant paint/prep qualification

• Experience using paint mixing systems

• Background working in a paintshop environment

• Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience working on larger/commercial vehicles

• Experience with metallic paints

• Must have own tools

• Overtime available including occasional Saturdays
