We are partnering with a leading Global Technology company to hire a Commercial Paralegal on an initial 6–12 month contract.

Role Overview

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
• Provide general paralegal support to the wider legal team, including ad hoc tasks and project assistance.

Requirements

• 12 months’ experience as an in-house Paralegal with strong experience reviewing/drafting commercial contracts
• Experience in the technology or telecommunications sector is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
• Available to start in January
