The Role

You will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive works across commercial sites in London.

Technical Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance on commercial plumbing and gas systems
• Servicing, repairing and installing commercial boilers and plant room equipment
• Fault-finding and system diagnostics
• Gas safety inspections and compliance certification
• Completing accurate job reports and documentation
• Supporting minor quoting and site surveys where required

You’ll be trusted to manage your day professionally and represent the company to a high standard.

Commercial & Business Development Focus

We are looking for more than just a technical engineer.

You will also:

• Build trusted relationships with facilities managers and property managers
• Identify opportunities for upgrades, improvements or additional works
• Support growth of maintenance contracts and repeat business
• Provide feedback on client needs and market activity

If a client specifically requests you back — that matters to us.

The upper salary band reflects engineers who contribute to both service delivery and business growth.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber / Gas Engineer
• Gas Safe Registered with relevant commercial ACS qualifications
• Strong experience working on commercial plant rooms and boiler systems
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Professional communication and client-facing confidence
• Full UK driving licence

Highly Valued

• Experience supporting account growth or securing additional works
• Commercial awareness and proactive mindset
• Desire for long-term progression within a growing company
