Commercial Plumber – North & South London We are currently seeking two experienced Commercial Plumbers, one to cover North London and one for South London. Commercial Plumber – Duties: * Upgrading systems and installing associated heating components * Upgrading/replacing boilers and associated heating components * Upgrading/replacing hot water cylinders and associated components * Upgrading/replacing heating components * Investigating and repairing leaks Commercial Plumber – Experience/Qualifications: * Level 2 Plumbing – City and Guilds or NVQ * Mechanical knowledge * G3 – NOT ESSENTIAL * Hold a full driving licence * Minimum of 3 years’ commercial plumbing experience Commercial Plumber – Benefits: * Competitive basic salary £45,000 - £48,000 DOE * Paid travel time * Additional overtime available * Annual salary reviewed yearly * 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) – option to buy and sell 5 days leave * Sick pay * 1-5 call out rota – Standby fee £100 * Company pension * Company van and fuel card * Mobile phone * Uniform Location: North London & South London – candidates must be able to work in their respective areas
