Commercial Plumbers - Shrewsbury (Rates + Lodge)

We are currently recruiting experienced Commercial Plumbers for a large commercial installation project in Shrewsbury.

This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established M&E contractor, offering good rates, overtime, and lodge allowance.

Job Scope

• Commercial plumbing installation

• Drainage systems

• Fusion pipework installation

Requirements

• JIB / CSCS Card

• IPAF (preferred)

• Proven experience on commercial construction projects

Basic Working Hours

• Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 6:00pm

• Friday: 7:30am - 1:00pm

• 45.5 hours per week

Rates - CIS (PAYE if preferred)

• £25.00 per hour - first 37.5 hours (Mon-Fri) (£18.80 PAYE)

• £32.50 per hour - midweek overtime & Saturday (first 6 hours) (£24.47 PAYE)

• £40.00 per hour - Saturday after 6 hours & Sunday (£30.11 PAYE)

Rates and lodge allowance paid in line with the Plumbing and Heating Joint Industry Board (PJIB) working rule agreement.

Lodge Allowance

• £53.40 per day worked

• Paid to operatives living over 55 miles from site
