An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a thriving and highly regarded legal team in Maidstone. This Commercial Property Lawyer position offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of high-value transactions, supporting experienced fee earners within a busy and growing department.
- Work within a well-established commercial property team
- Support on acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management
- Exposure to development sites, industrial units and retail premises
- Assist with leases, renewals, licensing, sub-letting and assignments
- Be part of a team preparing for significant new acquisitions
The ideal Commercial Property Lawyer will be driven, collaborative and eager to develop within a supportive environment.
- Minimum 3 years' commercial property experience (5 years ideal)
- Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive and positive approach to workload
