Commercial Property Manager, Central London

• Accountable for a brilliant West End commercial portfolio, of offices with additional retail
• Manage lease enforcement action to ensure timely rent collection, obligation performance, rent collection and tight financial management/recovery of costs.
• Able to budget, implement, manage and reconcile service charges.
• Contribute to team meetings as/where appropriate whilst continually seeking to collaborate and develop new strategies for the assets to drive income, reduce cost through efficiency,
• Assist with mentoring junior team members.
• Seek to improve customer experience throughout their experience.
• Promote the relationship with service partners (agents, sols, contractors) and ensure optimum performance.

Knowledge, experience and skills:

• Ideally MRICS
• Established commercial Property Management experience
• Excellent customer service, build relationships with suppliers and coordinate numerous activities.
• Experience with mixed use, multi-let/occupied buildings.
• An appreciation of net zero, sustainability and ESG.
• An appreciation of H&S requirements.
