Manage maintenance, lease events, and rent reviews Oversee service charges and financials Ensure H&S compliance Build strong client relationships Conduct inspections and coordinate AGMs
What you’ll need:
Property management experience (commercial or residential) Strong communication & IT skills (Re-Leased a bonus) Ability to manage deadlines UK driving licence preferred
