The Role
You’ll oversee a mixed commercial portfolio made up of offices, commercial units and other mixed-use spaces. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing position where relationship building is key. Your day‑to‑day will include:
* Property & tenant management
* Rent collection
* Service charge oversight (where applicable)
* Maintenance coordination
* Regular client liaison and long‑term relationship management
