An established property consultancy is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team in Horsforth. This is a hands-on role managing a varied commercial portfolio, offering strong exposure to senior leadership and key decision-making.
The Role:
- Full day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio
- Overseeing repairs, maintenance, and contractor performance
- Managing health & safety and statutory compliance
- Setting and controlling service charge budgets
- Conducting regular site inspections and proactive asset management
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and stakeholders
- Managing insurance claims and major works
- Delivering planned and reactive maintenance programmes
- Interpreting and managing commercial leases, ensuring compliance with all lease obligations
- Proven commercial property management experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of commercial leases and lease interpretation
- Experience managing service charges and budgets xbpsjku
- Able to manage multiple assets and priorities effectively
- Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
