Commercial Property Paralegal – Leicester – Legal 500, Excellent Progression £24,000 to 26000

The role

• Joining a busy and well-established Commercial Property department supporting experienced fee earners
  
• Providing essential paralegal, secretarial and administrative support to ensure exceptional client service
  
• Opening files and managing client due diligence and onboarding processes
  
• Preparing and generating correspondence and legal documentation
  
• Carrying out searches and dealing with the Land Registry
  
• Liaising with clients, agents and third parties by telephone and email, handling routine enquiries
  
• Coordinating diaries, attending meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes
  
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client matter files and key date reminder systems
  
• Managing file closing and archiving processes

• Currently working as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary within a Commercial Property department
  
• A solid understanding of commercial property support processes and workflows
  
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  
• Well organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively
  
• A confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional approach to clients
