\nThe Role:
\n
\nAs a Paralegal , you will support fee earners within the Commercial Property department, while gaining valuable experience across a wide range of commercial property work.
\nResponsibilities will include but are not limited to:

\n\t
• Client onboarding and compliance checks
\n\t
• Obtaining and reviewing title documents
\n\t
• Preparing sale and auction packs
\n\t
• Preparing replies to CPSE and SCR enquiries
\n\t
• Drafting landlord and tenant documentation and sale contracts
\n\t
• Preparing Stamp Duty Land Tax returns, Land Registry applications and responding to requisitions, completion statements, invoices and accounts forms
\n\t
• Assisting with post-completion work and file closing
\n\t
• Supporting corporate property work where required
\n

About you: 
\n
\n• Previous paralegal experience within commercial property desirable
\n• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
\n• Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n• Proactive and dependable approach to work
\n• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and legal systems
\n
