A growing commercial team is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to support high-quality conveyancing matters. This role offers exposure to the full commercial property lifecycle with real responsibility from the outset. It’s a strong opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and potentially progress toward a training contract.

The Role:

You’ll support fee earners on commercial property files while handling key elements of the conveyancing process. Responsibilities include:

• Opening new client files and preparing risk assessment forms
• Conducting searches, investigations, and Land Registry applications
• Preparing SDLT submissions, completion statements, and invoices
• Liaising with clients, colleagues, and other legal professionals
• Maintaining accurate records and managing deadlines to ensure timely completion

About You:

• Minimum 1 year of commercial property/conveyancing experience
• Comfortable with Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions, and completion statements
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
