Oculus Legal Group is thrilled to be working closely with a prominent Scottish law firm to assist with the recruitment of Senior Solicitors and Associates for their Commercial Property team in Aberdeen. Role Responsibilities

As a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor or Associate, you will be part of an experienced and collaborative team, handling a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

Managing commercial transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, and the Scottish aspects of cross-border deals

Advising corporate clients on real estate financial transactions and leasing matters

Taking ownership of existing client relationships, supported by the firm's experienced Partners

Working alongside highly regarded Partners within the Scottish Real Estate sector to lead client relationships from initiation through to completion


Person Specification

We are looking to speak with qualified Property Solicitors with demonstrable experience in commercial property law, either from your traineeship or post-qualification. The ideal candidate will have:

A strong interest in commercial property matters

Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail when handling complex and high-value transactions

For the Senior Solicitor role, ideally, 2+ years PQE in Commercial Real Estate

For the Associate role, 4+ years PQE in Commercial Property
