Due to continued growth and success in the local area, they’re now looking to bring in a Commercial Property Solicitor to strengthen the team. The role You’ll be managing your own varied caseload, including:

Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals Acting for both landlords and tenants on commercial leases Lease renewals and variations Development work Option agreements and overage Secured lending and property finance Portfolio management

You’ll have the autonomy to run files from start to finish, with support from colleagues when needed – but without unnecessary micromanagement. What they’re looking for

Qualified Solicitor (open on PQE – it’s more about the right person) Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach Strong client relationship skills Experience working with SMEs, developers or lenders would be a bonus
