The Role:

Join a respected Commercial Property team within a wider Business Legal Services department Work with a diverse client base including national manufacturers and distributors, commercial lenders, pension providers, housing associations, commercial landlords and tenants, SME developers and charities Handle a broad range of Commercial Property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and secured lending Contribute to the continued growth of the team through networking and business development activities

Ideal Pre-Requisites:

Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property Experience handling real estate acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant work, and secured lending matters. Ability to manage files independently while working effectively as part of a team Strong technical knowledge combined with a commercial and pragmatic approach Interest in business development and building professional networks
