Are you looking for a new role in Commercial Property? If so, I have been instructed on a exciting opportunity with a firm based in Dartford looking to bring in a Solicitor to their Commercial Property team.

\nMy client is a reputable firm in the market and deal with all areas of Commercial Property law. This position includes handling a caseload of mixed Commercial Property matters such as, freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development and secured lending. With this position you will also be dealing with some business sales & purchases and deal with a few residential property matters.

\nMy client is looking for someone who have 1+PQE and has the ability to manage their own caseload unsupervised. It would be desirable if you have some experience within residential conveyancing however this isn't essential.
