Commercial Property Solicitor | London / Hybrid | £55,000 - £75,000 per annum

The Role:

\n\n

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Central London. You will manage a sophisticated caseload of commercial property matters with a high degree of autonomy, supported by a collaborative team and a global network.

\n\n

Key Responsibilities of the Real Estate Lawyer:
\n
\n• Advising on general landlord and tenant matters including leases, underleases, licences and surrenders
\n• Handling acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
\n• Drafting option agreements, overage clauses and TOGC documentation
\n• Advising on expired commercial leases including periodic tenancies, trespassers and mesne profits
\n• Preparing title reports and advising on risk and mitigation strategies
\n• Managing auction sales and purchases
\n• Handling matters involving unregistered land
\n• Providing corporate support on property elements of transactions

\n\n

Candidate Requirements:
\n
\n• Qualified Solicitor with 4–6 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
\n• Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant and property transactions
\n• Ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision
\n• Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
\n• Strong communication and client relationship skills
\n• Interest in business development and networking 
\n
