Commercial Property Solicitor – Leicester, Excellent Progression-Legal 500 – £45,000 to £90,000

The role

• Joining a busy and expanding Commercial Property department handling high-quality work
  
• Advising a broad client base including household names, regional businesses and owner-managed companies
  
• Managing matters such as freehold and leasehold transactions, acquisitions and disposals, and ongoing commercial property advice
  
• Running your own caseload with a high level of autonomy and support from an experienced team
  
• Playing an active role in maintaining and developing strong client relationships
  
• Asking yourself whether you’d enjoy working in a team where the quality of work and clients is already firmly established?
  

• A Commercial Property Solicitor at any stage of post-qualification experience
  
• Strong technical grounding in commercial property gained within a reputable commercial environment
  
• Confident managing your own files and dealing directly with clients
  
• Commercially minded, with a focus on building long-term client relationships rather than short-term billing
