Our Commercial Property team has built an enviable client list and reputation with a strong client following at national, regional and local level. The team comprises a mixture of City trained and local solicitors and prides itself on a high level of service with a depth of knowledge and experience which is unrivalled locally. Workloads are high as a result and they are looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor who can work alongside them and meet these high standards.

The team undertakes a broad range of fee earning work for commercial and private clients of the practice. The work will include Landlord and Tenant, acquisitions and disposals and development.

AllSolicitors are responsible for ensuring the success of the Firm in line with the overall business plan. Within the Wansbroughs career paths there are roles for Associate Solicitors and Managing Associate Solicitors.

We are looking for someone has 2-5 years post qualification experience and a genuine passion for Commercial Property work. We are based in the market town of Devizes, Wiltshire and place an emphasis on high quality work combined with a good work life balance so as to enjoy to the maximum all the benefits of living in the area.

This full or part time role is office based with some hybrid working.
