The Role

You will join a thriving and expanding Real Estate team, working closely with senior lawyers on a varied and high-quality caseload, including:

  • Landlord and tenant matters
\n
    \n
  • Commercial acquisitions and disposals
\n
    \n
  • Property development projects
\n
    \n
  • Investment transactions
\n
    \n
  • Commercial leases and renewals
\n

This role provides the opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters while enjoying autonomy and flexibility in your day-to-day work.

About You

To be considered, you will ideally have:

    \n
  • At least 2 years' PQE in commercial property
\n
    \n
  • Experience gained within a reputable regional or national firm
\n
    \n
  • Strong client care and relationship-building skills
\n
    \n
  • Sound commercial awareness and an interest in business development
\n
    \n
  • The ability to manage your own caseload while contributing effectively within a team
\n
