Role Summary

A specialist law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit a mid-level Commercial Property Solicitor (circa 3-15 PQE) to join the firm in 2026.

You will join an established department comprised of mainly ex-City Partners and be responsible for probably as varied a commercial property caseload as you can find in London.

Transactions will include advising on: landlord and tenant matters, developments, secured lending (lender and borrower side), investments (acquisitions and disposals), corporate real estate/joint ventures, asset management, as well as some light HNW residential property matters.

The firm in question are extremely busy – you will not be required to build a caseload or undertake BD to generate new clients, unless of course you would like to.

No billing targets. The law firm require 80% office attendance.

The law firm are supportive, stable, profitable and progressive. You will get exposure to high quality commercial real estate deals acting for entrepreneurial clients in a supportive and down to earth setting.

The Partners are very interested in hearing from Lawyers in the regions looking to step up to a London practice as well as those in the City interested in downsizing in order to get a better work life balance.

Experience Required

* Be a UK qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE - essential
