Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive / Property Lawyer
Devon – Torquay or Exeter | Hybrid Working

A highly regarded South West law firm is experiencing continued growth and is now recruiting an additional Commercial Property Solicitor, Property Lawyer or Chartered Legal Executive to strengthen its established Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property specialist seeking long-term career progression, including a clearly defined pathway to partnership.

The Role
You will handle a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload, with work including:

- Commercial property sales, acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters
- Development projects including commercial, residential and mixed-use
- Finance, securities, overage and clawback arrangements
- Drafting options, conditional contracts and development agreements
- Business sales and purchases, including hotels, pubs and leisure assets
- Potential to handle agricultural and rural property matters 

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Property Lawyer
- Minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property law
- Ability to manage files independently and efficiently
- Strong client relationship and business development skills
- Agricultural or rural property experience welcomed but not required

Working Arrangements
This position is ideally full-time, however flexible or part-time working will be considered. The firm is open to informal discussions or video calls prior to a formal application.
